Log Message:
Make <linux/mutex.h> side-load <linux/spinlock.h>.
Upstream actually side-loads <linux/spinlock_types.h> so you just get
spinlock_t without all the other spinlock operations, but whatever.
Reduce some diffs that this renders unnecessary.
