Alas, I don't remember what moved me to kill the NFSKERB bits in ../usr.sbin/nfsd, but given that the current source still has e.g. #ifdef NFSKERB XXX #else (void)ktvin.tv_sec; #endif in nfs_socket.c, I think it's completely safe and worthwhile to utterly nuke everything related to the nfs-with-kerb4 code.
