Thanks for updating this, Stephen.  The fuse-based initiator was in
NetBSD 5.0, but lived under src/share/examples/refuse/iscsi-initiator;
we didn't push the initiator part when 5 was branched and released
because of this, but it was certainly in there.

On a related theme - if anyone would like to help bringing the
kernel-based initiator (contributed by Wasabi Systems) forward to
-current, please just reply to this mail (privately, not to the list,
please).
