How about the section 4 manual pages? Being systematically out-of-date, those are "useful" in a way that old phonebook might be "useful". I believe Hubert extracted the supported chips via a script in iic(4). Although it captured a lot of devices that do not have a manual page, the idea is there. - Jukka.
