Almost everything... A C# program from pkgsrc stopped working - the "mono" runtime dlopen(3)s some libc functions directly and misses the RENAMEs apparently.)
sounds like this was already not working properly anyway! it would have picked the wrong symbol, but one that may have sort of worked.. .mrg.
