Log Message:
Add options GUMSTIX_NETBSD_ARGS_CONSOLE and GUMSTIX_NETBSD_ARGS_BUSHEADER.
Can specify arg 'console='(*new*) and 'busheader=' from u-boot. These args
use dynamically configuration.
Also change function name. s/_line/_liner/.
