I don't think it's a bug, but "not a part of build.sh." I think those doc files in ftp directory is prepared by custum script on ftp, not during build, as "shared" directory ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-4.0.1/shared/ on ftp. 4.0.1 has CHANGES-4.0 and CHANGES-4.0.1 files but there is no Makefile that installs them. On the other hand, 4.0.1 doesn't have LAST_MINUTE while 4.0 has it. All has been done by releng, I guess. Of course, we can improve official build.sh itself, but it is separate task from distrib/cdrom work for me. --- Izumi Tsutsui
