I believe he specifically asked for the link to his instagram as part of the permission to upload (since it's cc-by-sa not PD). I'm personally ok with that. [Also while I wouldn't complain about linking to the Instagram category in general the category for him directly gives me some pause because of some other concerns that Jeff and I discussed]
