I'm not sure if we want to emphasize the "only the second Wikipedia". It
sounds somewhat patronizing to me. I think we can run with the twitter copy
for Fb/G.

Also may want to acknowledge the other milestones in the copy as well.

"This month Swedish Wikipedia surpassed 2 million articles, and more
milestones for the Wikimedia projects!"
