You should do what you think is necessary :) however it's important to try
and keep things in balance even as we (hopefully in my mind :) ) continue
increase our SM coverage, refine our voice and tell everyone our story.

Industry practice does not generally expect to have less then 20% of your
followers be from the US (in fact it usually assumes a majority and when I
talk to SM folks at even the large "international" websites that's usually
true). Our market is very different, we will need to take cues off of
normal practice but adjust it to our own voice, experience and realities.
It's why the job of the DCM has so much complexity :). Much of those
parameters are, obviously, still evolving but I don't personally think that
this fits right now. Sometimes it will make sense, but I don't think it
does here.
