No, but I have been looking for it too. Beeing a page admin for 10+ pages
has made me very aware on that little, little symbol which shows what
account is in play. But it is an added effort I would happily get rid of.

If anyone has any other suggestions (besides using the pages manager app
which make hard to mess things up but also adds another, less user
friendly, routine) I would also be interested.
