I think this is a good idea, but hard to achieve in 140 characteres. The
Wikimedia communities we talk about are chapters, user groups and
individual program leaders. We could tag some groups accounts, like
@WikimediaAffCom (Affiliates committee) and @chaptersplanet, although this
last one is not an official account, it appears, and is handled by a bot.
