As mentioned in the #169, currently, you need to use appropriate -I to point to several SOCI folders (core and particular backend). As you can read in the issue #169 and two other linked there (#25 and #125), this is being solved currently and I'm hoping to complete the buried headers implementation in the develop branch within next few weeks.
