Sanjiva,

Thanks so much for offering your help!

I feel able to handle many of the mechanics of getting the code/docs ready for a new
release. However, I am completely ignorant of how to "officially" build and place the
results in a public directory. This is why there have been no nightly builds since
machines, etc., were changed and we moved from xml.apache.org to ws.apache.org. If
you know, for example, what Axis does, that would help. If not, I will pested Axis
folks until I get an answer, which has been more easily said than done in the past.

I don't have a whole lot of cycles to spare, but I will lend
support for doing a 2.3.2 if Scott you want to lead it.

I too would like to see the many improvements Scott has made
come out!

Sanjiva.

committers, no one had any time, since they had either stopped working on
Apache projects or had moved to Axis.
