Apache SOAP should be able to work with any servlet container. The only thing that changes from container to container is the way in which Apache SOAP is installed. Doing a Google search, I found some info on installing Apache SOAP 2.0 on Jetty 3.0, but the current Apache versions install differently. I did not look past the first page of results, so there may be something better.
