If XSD is used, then if the complex type isn't marked
as being of "mixed" content type, then all whitespace between
two start tags (<a> ... whitespace <b>), whitespace between
an end tag and a start tag or between two end tags is 
insignificant.

This is not a bug in Apache SOAP code.
