I don't know of anything that specifically refers to IIS. I think that all of the containers for which there are instructions (Tomcat, JRun, WebSphere, iPlanet, WebLogic) can work with IIS. You would use instructions that come with the container to set the container up, then instructions that come with Apache SOAP to install it in the container.
