The soap fault is :

No Deserializer found to deserialize a
'http://www.themindelectric.com/package/emblaze/:DirNotificationData' using
encoding style 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/

What is the nature of the error, e.g., are you getting a SOAP Fault?  If so,
