Don't know for sure, but I thought there were some issues between MS SOAP and Apache SOAP.  You may want to double check the Apach SOAP docs I think I remember something in there about this.

I didn't solve the problem(InterOperability within Client and Server Application) yet .
I attach the Client-side VB-file and
Server-side java-service-class file used Testing.
 
First, i deployed the DeployDescriptor.xml file using Apache Tool-kit.
 
It's difficult to call the method from Client-side(VB)
and return the value.
 
Could you correct this file at your earliest convenience?
