It's too difficult to solve the encoding
problem..
Is there anyone to help me.....
The Problem is this..

To change org.apache.soap.Constants.class file in
soap.jar
I decompiled the Constants.class file and I corrected like the
following.
and again compressed the packages to soap.jar
But, In source code I found some error-messages
that can't recognize and import the packages...
How can i recover this problem.... Help
