Xerces random error FWK005 when sending XML element via SOAP ..

Gentlemen,

Sometimes (not often) we have got the following error :
Error sending XML document : SOAP-ENV:Client, parsing error:
org.xml.sax.SAXException: FWK005 parse may not be called while parsing.]

How this can happen ?
SOAP/Xerces reentrance problems ?

We use SOAP 2.2/TOMCAT 3.2.2 with Xerces 1.4 on JBOSS 2.2.
Soap calls are created by multiples EJBs.
