+1 overall on the release.

I am (and have been) able to build com/client on a Windows machine without
any problems.

I don't have a preference between classes and lib in the webapp, but I
would rather it be one or the other.

A few points of process.  See http://xml.apache.org/decisions.html if you
would like to read along:

   In the section on release testing, it indicates that "Majority approval
   is required before the release can be made."  Earlier it defines
   majority approval this way "An action requiring majority approval must
   receive at least 3 binding +1 votes and more +1 votes than -1 votes".

In short, a release is not subject to veto.

It also describes the voting process for a release plan.  I do believe 
that
we could all benefit from a little more talking around here.

Finally, I do hope that Matt and you do follow through on your promise to
set up Bugzilla once it comes back online.
