Thanks for the response.  The really odd thing is that with the phone  
I'm using, the "OK" follows the +CUSD response on T-Mobile USA, but  
according to some notes I took several months ago a phone of the same  
model on a network in another country the "OK" comes first.  I need to  
verify that the next time I have access to those phones, as well as  
check the firmware on those phones.
