I don't think anyone thinks you've done it on purpose. :)

Your followup is the same, at least here. Really odd, and interesting as
some sort of attack vector to be looking out for.

For security reasons I never accept html in emails, I figured I must
have left it on but not so. Guessing its a bug on my end.
