I tried to google the key word “part number” and found some references.
Here is what I found may solve the question, could you help check this?
1. First, I use cmd prtpicl to find pciex info
[root@server1 ~]# prtpicl -c pciex
pci (pciex, 96a0000008b)
pci8086,3c02 (pciex, 96a000000c1)
pci8086,3c04 (pciex, 96a000000e3)
pci8086,3c06 (pciex, 96a0000014e)
pci8086,3c08 (pciex, 96a000001c6)
pci8086,3c09 (pciex, 96a000001ea)
pci8086,3c0a (pciex, 96a0000020e)
pci8086,1d3e (pciex, 96a000002ba)
pci8086,1d10 (pciex, 96a000003ba)
pci8086,1d1c (pciex, 96a000003db)
pci (pciex, 96a00000708)
pci (pciex, 96a00000cd9)
pci8086,3c01 (pciex, 96a00000cee)
1. Then I use format to find slot of the SSD disk.
[root@server1 ~]# format
Searching for disks...done
AVAILABLE DISK SELECTIONS:
0. c0t1d0 <INTEL-SSDPEDMW012T4-8EV10171-1.09TB>
/pci@0,0/pci8086,3c04@2/pci8086,370d@0/blkdev@1,0
1. c2d0 <Hitachi HUA722050CLA330= JPW9K0N11B55DL8±-

/pci@0,0/pci-ide@1f,2/ide@0/cmdk@0,0
Then I can know c0t1d0 is using PCIe interface, right?

What we want to know is the interface of the SSD is PCIe or SAS, or SATA.
