The "hours" field in the self-test log is 16-bit wide. This is 
sufficient for 7+ years of 24x7 operation.

The output suggests that the drive firmware returns some fast increasing 
internal counter instead. It wraps at 65535. There is IMO no way to 
print anything useful in this case.

BTW: The SMART error log is also bogus.

Plextor should fix their firmware :-)
