I want to report an external USB drive that does not work with
smartmontools.
The drive is a WD My Book 2GB Mirror Edition configured as a 1GB RAID1
device.
I can't seem to get an exact model number.
OS is Win8.1 Pro x64.

Type <return> to exit:
I get the same result if I go to an Admin Command prompt and try -a, -i,
-x, or --identify.
I tried all of the -d usb* options. Still no luck. And I tried -d sat.
Finally I tried adding -T to see whether it would make any difference. It
did not.
At this point it seems safe to assume the drive is unsupported.
