Could you possibly provide more info about this drive:
SSD Controller used?
SMART Spec from vendor?
Output from vendor specific SMART tool?

In particular:
- use a plain .txt attachment (don't paste output into html mail because 
this breaks formatting)
- provide -x output (not only -a)
