Looks like an incomplete (aka broken) SAT layer which supports ATA 
IDENTIFY command but returns no or zero filled data on SMART READ 
DATA/LOG commands.

Try whether '-d sat,12' works better. If not, there is nothing we could 
do. JMicron needs to fix its firmware.
