Not sure if that's what you are looking for, Joseph, but I believe ClusterVisor and Bright do provide some basic Slurm management as a web GUI. I don't think either is available outside of the support for hw purchased from the respective vendors. See e.g. https://www.advancedclustering.com/products/software/clustervisor/
