I have configured the source code with the follow command. ./configure --with-munge=/usr/local/munge-munge-0.5.13 --prefix=/usr/local/slurm-18.08.4.1 --sysconfdir=/usr/local/slurm-18.08.4.1/etc --with-hdf5=/usr/local/hdf5-1.10.3-nompi
It seems doesn't recognize the hdf5, and output the following errors. checking Using provided HDF5 C wrapper... /usr/local/hdf5-1.10.3-nompi checking for HDF5 type... neither checking for HDF5 libraries... no configure: WARNING: Unable to locate HDF5 compilation helper scripts 'h5cc' or 'h5pcc'. Please specify --with-hdf5=<LOCATION> as the full path to h5cc or h5pcc. HDF5 support is being disabled (equivalent to --with-hdf5=no).
