Hi, Olivia.
 
I checked all my nodes were synchronized.
 
and I had the same munge key, slurm.conf and exact same version(17.02.6).
 
I solved this strange thing through re-install all systems.

can you please test your environment by touching a file under /tmp?

Are your nodes all synchronized?
Do you have the same munge key across all nodes?
Do you have the same slurm.conf across all nodes?
Do you have the exact same version of slurm on all nodes?
