[slurm-dev] The job states are different between sacct and scontrol

Hello,
    I submit a job by sbatch, the state of scontrol is RUNNING, but the sacct's 
state is PENDING.

I configure the accounting is follow:
JobAcctGatherType=jobacct_gather/linux
JobAcctGatherFrequency=30
AccountingStorageType=accounting_storage/filetxt


And, I check the log /var/log/slurm_jobacct.log, the job info is not updated.
Why the states are different between sacct and scontrol? How to make the state 
of sacct is same with scontrol?
