Could you tell me the location of the job_config file? Is it on the galaxy
sever side? Do you have a sample I could take a look and compare it to ? or
if you know a good link to any documents regarding it..it would be great.

Thanks for the quick response.

You have to edit Job_conf in the config file and define your runners. Each
runner should have a unique ID and spec for partition. It is very simple to
setup but I do recommend including the --share flag as galaxy will submit a
large number of jobs for specific tasks such as unzipping.

Hi,

I am trying to setup Galaxy with Slurm and the scheduler. I have galaxy setup
and running on a server and Slurm running on another server with a few nodes.
I want to have Galaxy manage the job. Anyone have any recommendation or
suggestion on how to get that accomplished?

Thanks
JC
