Can a SPANK plugin access the values of various job options: number of CPUs,
number of nodes, memory, partition, gpu, etc?

In my test plug in, I got 'bad arg' returned from span_get_item for S_JOB_ID.
My plugin only runs in allocator context:

    if (S_CTX_ALLOCATOR != spank_context ()){
         return 0;
    }

The following code displays 2 (bad arg):

    uint32_t job_id = -1;
    ret = spank_get_item(spank, S_JOB_ID, &job_id);
    if (ESPANK_SUCCESS != ret){
        printf("spank_get_item (S_JOB_ID) return: %d\n", ret);
    }

What was the problem for the program?
