Hi Matt, I know this is a year late, but I will post for posterity.
I've been having a similar problem with slurm_submit_batch_job in C++ recently. It took me two days to uncover these two facts: 1.) Something in the current environment is needed by SLURM. My solution isto pass the entire environment in the API call's input data structure. 2.) In the same data structure, you have to pass a literal script, *not* a file name! The first line of the text must contain the normal script she-bang. Another point to keep in mind is that your script must return 0, otherwise if will fail (though it will at least be run by SLURM). -- *Steve Barrett*, Sr. Solver Development Engineer p: 517.319.0512 www.redcedartech.com
