Greetings,

We used a product from Nice software (mentioned already) EnginFrame for
a while, and in our environment it was quite painful. The support was
awesome (seriously, their tech guys were very intelligent and helpful),
but making tweaks and changes was a task. Debugging was a nightmare
because it uses XML and then merges all of the different variations
together with it's master class. Meaning if, you typo or break one
thing, all of the errors are for something completely unrelated.

We switched to Advanced Clustering Technologies eQUEUE instead.

MUCH simpler to use as they base it off of INI style forms. This means
it is so easy my users can create their own interfaces (we are not a big
team, so this is yet another bonus). Also, for us, it was a fraction of
the cost that we paid Nice Software for EnginFrame. I have also been
very pleased with ACT's support. We have submitted numerous feature
improvements and have gotten good responses.

So either way, the tech support is pretty awesome. :-)

Good luck!
