I'm helping a team out with a cluster with 2 GPU nodes, RHEL 7 and Slurm 15.08.11 with cgroups enabled. Not had any reports of problems (that have been relayed to me at least) but can't check because those nodes are busy at the moment, sorry! It's also pretty new so I don't know if they have active GPU users yet.
