On my sks instance I frequently have these messages:

2018-06-18 09:02:38 add_keys_merge failed: Eventloop.SigAlarm
2018-06-18 09:02:56 Key addition failed: Eventloop.SigAlarm
The server is also unresponsive for stats until the last message. The
KDB folder is also growing far more than my other instances and even
caused a full disk.
The key database is recently rebuild (yesterday). What is causing this
problem?
