***Are you serious? 220 is good? My chol. has been 200/220 for years now . And this is a good thing? Do you have the name of any literature by Dr. Huggins that you have read? I am very interested in this. I am more concerned about my tryglyceride levels...and the docs never mention that.

I've also heard that too low a cholesterol level is dangerous. Mine was as low recently as 160 and I was told by Dr. Huggins (of amalgam removal fame) that we needed to bring it up.
