OK,  I'll bite.

Test with grape juice how? Maybe the grape juice for sweetener for the yeast?

Last time I made bread, I proofed the yeast before I used it- mixed it with a little sugar and lukewarm water, sit for 10 minutes to see if it starts to bubble. Then if you add some cs, if it kills off the bubbling, then you have an answer.

Sound right to you?

Yeast is a fungus, and fungi are reported to be killed by CS. I do know one person reported here in the past the they used colloidal silver once for making bread, and it would not rise. With a little brewers yeast, some CS and grape juice, it should be very easy to test.
