Kefir grains traditionally should not be sold only shared but there are people who do sell them. Dom on his site will also tell you how to make kefir out of water or fruit juices. He ships to most everywhere. I do have extra grains and would ship them to you but they are in milk so not good for water kefir. There are also groups discussing kefir but I do not belong to any of them. Members do give the grains just for shipping charges. Barbara Barbara, how would a person in Canada acquire kefir grains?
