  Sounds like a good device.  Almost a CS generator is it not?

What would work fine with one water source might totally
dissolve the silver rods very quickly with another
water source.
   Water seems to be the never ending source of problems for most
CS makers.

The other approach is to simply design a setup that
brews 20, 30 or more gallons per day to be simply
poured into the animal feed. I pretty much already
know how to do that, but it needs some fine tuning.

   Only one or two questions,

The full flow rate is going thru your clear 3/4 inch chamber now, right? And that is 10 gallons per minute or thereabout.

Is there some reason it has to be that high, or it just happened that way due to pipe size and pressure?

The reason I ask, it is easy to change it, unless it is required to save time or fill some other requirement.

Controlling water flow rate and other criteria is much easier than having to tailor your CS system to fit the water flow, unless there is good reason to leave it as is.

What size pipe or main is supplying that water,  1 inch, 2 inch or larger?

If you are reducing the pipe size to 3/4 inch, likely you are reducing the flow rate somewhat to may 8 or 6 gallons per minute which could help your CS process. You could change it to 4, 5, or 6, or whatever you want.

Again........ unless this food process requires a high flow rate.

If you tell us that the total flow goes thru the 3/4 inch hose, we can calculate the stream velocity.

I would think, the higher the stream velocity, the higher your voltage needs to be.

I am going to be short of time for the next few days so I may not have time to do it. Dave or Mike and others can do it, if you don't want to mess with it.

Some people like numbers and others don't. That is what keeps the world in order, I suppose.

I think we will be amazed at the velocity of the stream.
