I have the SilverPuppy with the Mag Stirrer. Kit # 2.

I use clean mason type jars and distilled water.

I set the toggle switches to SWAP and Auto.  Then I leave it alone. 

When the brew goes to auto-shutdown I wipe down the silver electrodes.

Testing with a Hanna PWT with calculations indicates a brew of 13-17 PPM.

Then re-set the switch from Auto to Man. (Manual) and continue to brew
overnight.

I stop the brew in the morning and then it tests to a range of 20 or more
ppm.

 

If I was to clean the electrodes and brew some more I will get more ppm

These numbers can vary but I can always get to the higher ppm with time.
