I have the SilverPuppy with the Mag Stirrer. Kit # 2. I use clean mason type jars and distilled water.
I set the toggle switches to SWAP and Auto. Then I leave it alone. When the brew goes to auto-shutdown I wipe down the silver electrodes. Testing with a Hanna PWT with calculations indicates a brew of 13-17 PPM. Then re-set the switch from Auto to Man. (Manual) and continue to brew overnight. I stop the brew in the morning and then it tests to a range of 20 or more ppm. If I was to clean the electrodes and brew some more I will get more ppm These numbers can vary but I can always get to the higher ppm with time. KV
