Hi Ruth!

You're getting close!

Go to the page you send mail from. Click to start a NEW e-mail message. 

You get an editing window, right? With places for you to fill in the 
To: and Subject: fields? Just above the editing window you've got all 
the editing controls for fonts, bolding, etcetera. 

Near THAT is where the Tools button that I'm talking about can be 
found. Click on it, and the last entry should be to turn the rich text 
editor on or off.

Try again and see if that works! Thanks for your persistence.
