Hi, Sandee, well each 3-capsule dose has 1,155 mg of CMO, along with calcium and enzymes. I take 3 capsules twice a day for 20 days. This is the Duoflex brand. That what you wanted to know?? Now, if I can find out what to do to stop the swelling... Marshalee
