Dear Mike, I`m taking CMO right now, and after the first 10 days, I find that my joints are moving much easier, and the pain is easing in the sore fingers. The info from the brand I selected, at bestcmo.com, says the stuff resets the T cells, stopping them from attacking the joints. It is not a pain reliever, but as the joints heal the pain stops. Amazing stuff, like CS. I now have two things to crow about! Check the site for more info. Marshalee
