Thanks to all who replied to my question re ridding lungs & sinuses of mold/fungus. I'll try the Xylitol/CS flush. Do I add MSM to the mix? Any suggestions as to how best to flush sinuses? Is a dropper more effective than spray/mist or should I use both?
