Lisa, Can you supply more inforamtion on your process to make EIS (aka CS) ? Whose generator are you using? How long do you let it run? Whose distilled water are you using? Is it possible to insert as digital multimeter set to measure current in you sysyem while brewing? "Ole Bob"
