Cheryl.........why would you have to take dangerous& toxic anti-biotics...when you make and take your own CS.........i`snt CS enough to rid the body of C Diff and these other patogens..virals...bacterias...etc...............If you are taking CS on a regular basics would`nt this keep you from attracting these iky invaders...............Sage
